EMBRIXELL

From your image to an embroidery project

You can use Embrixell in two different ways: prepare a digital file for your own embroidery machine or order an available finished embroidered product. Both routes start with a design that should be checked at a real size. Upload a logo or illustration you are authorised to use, select the intended material and inspect the stitch preview before deciding how to proceed. Understanding the difference between the file and the physical product helps you choose the right item, check the correct parameters and avoid expecting a reusable machine file from a garment-only order.

Embrixell embroidery-file preview; not a photograph of a sewn garment
Illustrative motif and thread preview, not a photograph of a finished product.

Start with an image that can become thread

Choose artwork with clear outlines and distinct colour areas. Thin lines, small lettering, soft shadows and busy photographic backgrounds can require simplification. Remove marks that are not part of the design and leave useful space between shapes. Decide which details must remain recognisable when the image is reduced to the planned embroidery size. The preview should be assessed as a stitch plan rather than a photo of the finished garment. If an important feature disappears, adjust the artwork or intended size and regenerate instead of buying an unsuitable plan.

Choose a digital file if you will sew it yourself

For the digital route, verify the exact machine format, hoop size and stitch limit supported by your equipment. Set the width and material before export, inspect the preview and read quality notices. The generator offers several machine stitch formats; these are not editable EMB or ART artwork projects. Complete the digital purchase only after checking the final file price and conditions. Keep colour information with the design and make a sample on comparable fabric before a larger run. The digital-file price does not include a garment or physical delivery.

Choose production when you want a finished item

For a physical product, choose an available textile, colour and size, then a supported embroidery size and placement. Review the proportions in the product preview and do not assume that every design fits every product. Stock, usable embroidery area and production variants can restrict the choices. Check the quantity, delivery details and total before payment. The cart can group eligible items, but physical and digital purchases retain their distinct parameters. A finished-product offer does not include a reusable digital machine file unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.

Preview first, files from €2.49

The preview lets you assess the plan before buying a digital file. The generator’s one-time file price starts at €2.49 and depends on the resulting stitch count; larger plans use the published price tiers. Resizing can change the number of stitches and therefore the price. Optional subscriptions remain available for customers who create designs regularly. Catalogue designs have their own displayed prices. A finished product is quoted separately for the selected textile, embroidery, quantity and delivery, with the total shown before payment.

Practical questions before you start

Are the digital file and garment the same purchase?

No. The digital route delivers a machine file; the production route delivers the ordered embroidered product.

Why can some product choices be unavailable?

Availability depends on stock, the design’s real production variants and whether the embroidery fits the usable area.

Can I change the embroidery size later?

Regenerate the plan at the required size before export, or choose another offered production variant before ordering.
