EMBRIXELL

Turn your logo into an embroidery design

A logo that works on a website is not automatically ready for embroidery on a shirt, hoodie or cap. Thread has a physical width, fabric can move under stitching, and very small details may not remain legible. Embrixell helps you prepare a stitch plan and review it at the intended size before buying a digital file or choosing an available production offer. Start with artwork you own or are authorised to use. The aim is a recognisable, practical embroidered version of the logo, not a promise to reproduce every screen pixel unchanged.

Use the original artwork and simplify deliberately

Ask for the original logo rather than copying a low-resolution image from a website. Clean PNG or SVG artwork usually makes the edges easier to inspect. Remove background boxes that are not part of the mark, while keeping any shapes essential to its identity. Separate letters and symbols with enough open space. Fine slogans, hairline borders and tiny decorative elements may need a simplified embroidery version. Keep a copy of the original and document the changes so you can review whether the logo remains recognisable and appropriate for its intended use.

Choose a real size and the intended position

Decide where the embroidery will sit before judging the detail level. A small chest logo, larger back design and cap front have different available areas. Set the width in millimetres in the generator and select the intended material. When ordering a finished product, choose only a production size offered for that design and inspect the placement preview. The on-screen preview is a planning aid rather than a photograph or measurement guarantee for every garment. Check that the whole motif fits the usable area without distorting its proportions.

Review the thread plan before ordering several pieces

Inspect short lettering, sharp corners, overlapping regions and colour changes in the preview. Read any quality warnings rather than assuming a familiar logo needs no checks. Fewer clearly separated colours can improve readability, but reducing colours should be an intentional design decision. Save a correctly sized plan and choose the machine format supported by the exact model. For production, confirm the textile, variant, quantity, delivery and final price. Make a sewn sample on comparable fabric before committing to a larger series of uniforms, merchandise or gifts.

Preview first, files from €2.49

The preview lets you assess the plan before buying a digital file. The generator’s one-time file price starts at €2.49 and depends on the resulting stitch count; larger plans use the published price tiers. Resizing can change the number of stitches and therefore the price. Optional subscriptions remain available for customers who create designs regularly. Catalogue designs have their own displayed prices. A finished product is quoted separately for the selected textile, embroidery, quantity and delivery, with the total shown before payment.

Practical questions before you start

Can I embroider any company logo?

Use only artwork you own or have permission to reproduce. Uploading does not grant trademark or copyright rights.

Why does small lettering need changes?

Thread and fabric cannot preserve every tiny gap or thin line. Review the lettering at the intended size.

Does a physical order include the reusable file?

Not unless the specific offer says so. Digital files and finished products are separate purchase routes.
